Ductless AC Repair in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, AZ and Surrounding Areas
Things You Can Try Before Scheduling a Ductless AC Repair
It never fails. Your ductless air conditioning will go down on you on the hottest day of the summer. And of course, you and your family want that air conditioning back up and running!
There may come a time during the life of your ductless air conditioning system that it will need to be repaired. But, there are a few things that you can try on your own before you have to schedule that ductless air conditioning repair.
Check The Circuit Breaker
The first thing that you will want to look at is the circuit breaker that supplies power to your ductless air conditioner. Once you have located the proper breaker in your main breaker box, check to see if that breaker is tripped. When you reset the breaker the unit should come right back to life.
If you reset the breaker and it either doesn’t come to life, or the breaker immediately trips again, then you’ll need to call and schedule a ductless air conditioning repair. Move the breaker into the off position until the service technician arrives.
Check The Thermostat
Make sure that your thermostat is set to where the unit will turn itself on. If you set the thermostat a few degrees cooler than normal and the unit does not come on, you may need to go ahead and schedule that ductless air conditioning repair.
If the thermostat on your ductless air conditioner is operated by a remote, you might want to put some fresh batteries in the remote.
Hopefully, your ductless air conditioner can get right back to work with one of these simple fixes that you can do without having to schedule a ductless air conditioner repair.
